FAQ’s For Prospective Tenants
- Tenant pays $16.75/mo Smart Home Fee which includes app to control access, lock, and energy (thermostat)
- Security Deposit & First Month Rent are due within 3 days of approval unless otherwise agreed
- Owner pays any HOA Fees (included in rent)
- All properties will be professionally cleaned prior to new Tenant taking occupancy
- $300 addt’l Sec Dep per pet. Pet rent (if property allows pets) is equal to 1.5% of monthly rent per pet and subject to management approval
