1. Holding Deposit Form – This form is required with all applications so that if you are approved, we know you are moving forward. It is also your assurance that we will hold the property for you if you are approved.
2. Rental Verification Form – If you are renting or have within the past year, have your current landlord complete & return. Please note that you will need to sign the form giving them permission to release your rental history to Taylor Realty Group.
3. Service Animal Request Form – If you have a service animal, please complete and return this form.
4. Income Documentation
- Last 60 days (2 months) pay stubs
- If new/future employment, an offer acceptance letter stating employer, new position start date and compensation
- If Self Employed, last 2 Years Tax Returns (Business & Personal)
- NOTE: If other income is used for quallification purposes such as but limited to Investments, Pension, Social Security, Retirement, Alimony, Child Support, Maintenance, etc, supporting documentation such as account statements, divorce decrees or court orders must be provided.
