Mike and his team got us our starter home when we weren’t sure if we could get a home. Then helped us get our dream home by selling our starter home for more then we could imagine six years later.

Well, we contacted Michael back on 2020, just to have a consultation. Then we called him back last year {2021) around June I believed, asking him question on when we should start working on selling the house and what to do before we do that. He gave us his advice and we worked on specific goals to get this going. Finally, we meet again, he worked on comps, and then house was on the market on a Thursday night, and we got bombarding with appointments right on Friday, Saturday and Sunday all day. We got offers and was a hard decision but easy to make with Michael's help. House was under contract by Monday night. Everything worked on its timing. Now we not only sold our home, We are moving to our new place. Every single step we were confident thanks to Michael and Tami. Both did an awesome job. I deployed to Afghanistan and while away Mike and TRG were a huge help in having our house sold. Getting back from deployment we reached out to Mike again for his services and we were able to get into a new build fairly quickly. Fast forward a year Mike has resources where my wife and I were able to refinance our house and get some equity out. Another year we went back to Mike to sell our house and were able to get a buyer within the first weekend. The point is that TRG is an amazing company with great resources and they treat their clients with respect and as if they were family.

When I had to move out of state for work I thought I was stuck and was going to have to take a huge loss on my condo. Mike stepped in and got me rental ready, found me a great tenant, took care of my property so that I could focus on my new job and kept me afloat. When the property regained it value he handled the staging, took care of the tenants and got me a full price offer within 3 days of being on the market. He then took care of me all the way through closing brokering the whole deal for me remotely so that I didn't have to come back into town. I truly trust Mike and his team.
