There aren’t enough words to describe how fantastic Michael and his team are. I can start out by saying I was terrified to start looking for a realtor. I was in a difficult situation because I was going to be selling my house in Denver from a state clear across the country. I wouldn’t have the opportunity to meet with my realtor face-to-face and that really bothered me. I decided to contact my HOA to find out if they could recommend someone. They didn’t have anyone directly, but the gal I spoke with happened to know Michael and suggested I give him a call. The rest of the process was a smooth as butter. I still can’t believe how easy it was. Michael and his team always kept me up to date and notified me every step along the way. Michael’s assistant Crystal was absolutely amazing. She and Michael obviously work well together and are very organized. Needless to say, my house sold in 3 days with a cash offer. It closed in three weeks without any problems at all. I would absolutely recommend Michael and his team and no one else. You will be glad you did!
