We understand that each person has unique and special needs, some being schools, shopping, amenities, or commuting time. Through an in depth counseling interview with you we assess your needs to provide you with the best possible choices.
We also arrange a personalized tour of the rental properties and can assist in creating your itinerary to conduct interviews with schools, daycare and eldercare facilities. We save you the time and frustration of finding a rental property on your own in an unfamiliar area. We pre-qualify each property and ensure that on your visit it we show you the best options available that match your needs. We do all the research for you and provide you with the best possible choices.
Rental Assistance packages are $595 & up depending on your needs, property type, and length of tour requested (half day or full day). If you are moving as part of a relocation package, often your relocation department will pay for this service. If you purchase a home with us as your agent ANYTIME in the future we will credit this back to you at your closing!
