Mike Featured as Denver’s Real Estate Expert for Denver HGTV Show!
HGTV’s hit show “My House is Worth What?” features Homeowners that have done major updates have their home evaluated to see what return they can expect. After a thorough application and interview process I was selected to be the local real estate expert to evaluate their improvements and tell them how much I would list their home for.
The guest host was the winner from the Season 3 Apprentice Show, Kendra Todd. Her and I would tour through the home and discuss the improvements. Kendra is an amazing real estate expert and it was pretty cool hanging out with a celebrity LOL!
It was such a blast and an honor to be chosen. The first home was in Greenwood Village and the second was in The Farm in Aurora.
