Super professional. More importantly Michael is the 1st realtor I’ve interacted with who understands both the micro AND macro housing trends. He also seemed to care about our success. He wasn’t a transactional broker. I highly recommend him.
Im trying to make the biggest purchase of my life and I think my realtor is average at best. What am I doing? I fired that person.
A friend of mine HIGHLY recommended Michael.
So I called him. We set a meeting with him and my family.
I instantly liked the guy. He’s professional but has a good sense of humor. He’s efficient, honest and I believe he cared about our success. Why do I say that? In the middle of our meeting my youngest son had to use the bathroom. Michael showed him and my wife where it was. That left my eldest son of 11 and I alone in the room.
I asked him “what do you think of Michael?”
My son replied “he seems like he wants to help more than that other lady we had”.
On the way out.. my youngest son said “he looks like the rock” (which he does). It became a running and fun joke.
My last realtor and I took about a year to have nothing happen.
I believe it took 1 month with Michael.
Wife is happy.
