Welcome to my new site! You made it! This domain has been on my marketing material for a while but it re-directed you to my personal website michaelptaylor.com. Well, as the business and team are growing…and web technology has changed a bunch since 2004 when that site was built, I created a new site for TAYLORREALTYGROUP.NET!

- You can Comment on Newsletter Stories! – Each time I would send out a newsletter many of you would email me personally about a story that stuck out to you or questions it brought up. Nowadays the internet is all about INTERACTIVE comments/threads/etc so people can see what others are saying. Well, NOW YOU CAN COMMENT on newsletter stories at the end of every post! It’s a 2-way conversation now..the way I think it should be. How cool is that? At the bottom of this post you can comment away…let me know what you think, provide your thoughts, opinions, feedback, etc!
- Denver Foreclosures for Sale – At the top when you click “Search MLS” the drop down menu adds a quick search for Denver Foreclosures for sale that will show you all the newly listed foreclosures with a click of a button. I get asked all the time “where can I find foreclosures”or people are paying companies for the lists…well….you can get it FREE and in real time right on my site!

- Newsletter Stories and Archives –When I would send out my email newsletter in the past it would link the “read more” to a “Static/Hidden” page on my old site. When you were done reading the story it was a dead end. Well….now all the newsletter posts/categories/etc are all on the site so you access them all whenever you like, go back to them, share them, etc. Plus, new visitors to my site can now access current and past stories to get a better feel for who we are. I am SO excited about this because before, if someone wasn’t receiving my email newsletter, they had no way of getting access to those articles etc. For you tech geeks out there, taylorrealtygroup.net is built on WORDPRESS…the new industry standard for content management!
- Facebook Integration – ON the right side of this page is a facebook box for all the FANS of Taylor Realty Group! Please sign up to be a fan! It let’s others know you trust me as your “Real Estate Resource” and that helps me out more than you know!
Over the next few months as new stuff is added I will let you know! I take my goal of being “Your Real Estate Resource For Life” very seriously and hope you find the new site valuable and useful for everything related to Denver and Boulder County Real Estate and homes for sale.
