A true BLESSING working with Mike and his team

We had the pleasure of working with Mike and his team to purchase a new home. His team approach was new to us, but it worked so well for our family and our home buying needs. Marci (one of Mike’s Team members) was very patient and supportive throughout the “looking” process. We bombarded her questions and she happily answered them all. She helped us to stay focus on the needs for our family, and was a great sounding board if we were unsure of any part of the process. Once we found a home we liked, Mike was there to help us through the bidding process and gave sound advice. He often reminded us to “Make sure it works for your family”, and was very encouraging during the ups and downs. So once we were finally under contract, we had a great peace that we were making the right decision thanks to Mike and his team. Then during the contract process, Crystal (another Team member) walked us through all of the paperwork. She also answered all of our questions, and made sure we knew all the deadlines. Crystal kept us well-informed, keeping us well educated throughout the contract process. Lastly, Mike was there to help close the deal and make sure everything went smoothly.
Overall, it was a true BLESSING working with Mike and his team. We always felt well informed and there was always someone there to answer our questions. It was a great experience working with them, and definitely would use them again for any of our future home selling and buying needs. I know it sounds cliché but we felt as though Mike, Marci, and Crystal truly cared about where our family was going, and were genuinely happy when we found our home. We appreciate all their help and so were glad to have met them.
